Shipping Destinations

Currently, Plumiventa ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping, local pickups, or local delivery options.

Shipping Costs & Options

We offer the following shipping rates for our customers:

  • Standard Shipping: $7.99 (3–5 business days)

  • Free Shipping on orders over $75

Please note that all shipping costs are displayed at checkout. As we ship only domestically, no additional import duties or taxes apply.

Service Interruptions & Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, shipping may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather events, carrier disruptions, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these rare occurrences.

Returns, Changes & Cancellations

If you receive damaged or spoiled products, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will evaluate your claim and offer a replacement or refund. Order changes or cancellations can only be accommodated before the order has been processed. Once shipping begins, modifications are not possible.
